Called on a Friday for a non-emergency A/C issue. The furnace blower motor was running 24/7 even with no call for A/C.
Service tech called back Friday afternoon and said he would be there in the morning even though it was a Saturday, and the Labor Day weekend. This was above and beyond what I had hoped for.
Excellent, informative, friendly service.
Reasonable cost.
