“Outstanding contractor that truly cares for their customers. Randy and his team were true professionals from quote to clean up. They installed two multi-zone Mitsubishi mini split systems in our home (2 Condensers/6 Indoor Units) and the units are amazing. The units are very quite and have a lot of built in technology we were not expecting, making them very efficient. All we had was very expensive heater boards and absolutely no A/C. This system solved both of those problems and will most likely pay for it self from the winter energy savings! Mitsubishi has them listed as a Diamond status contractor which increases the warranty on all the units to 12 years. “George was available to help out my old furnace and A/C unit. He identified problems in my system others overlooked, such as a leak in the condensing unit hose. I was able to schedule a time for him to come replace old equipment and finish over the weekend getting the house to cool down from 80 degrees to 65. I came back and got a new water heater installed and all equipment is working smoothly. He uses quality equipment and is an expert at installing and respecting your home. “Very courteous, informative, helpful and fixed the AC.Two months later the refrigerant was low again and since the AC was ten years old and the furnace was twenty-eight years old we decided to replace it with a Dual-Fuel heat pump and gas furnace combination. Dan did an excellent job of reviewing the options and we chose the Lennox system that met our needs. Robbie and his partner did a very professional job and took the time to teach us about the new system and smart thermostat. “Our furnace stopped working (of course when it the coldest), we called Complete and within an hour Justin was here, after he left about 2 hours it started messing up again. By that time they were closed so the next morning we called again and he came back out, found out the part he put in was defective so he put in another new one. We haven't had anymore problems. “D & R service in Rapid City, SD, installed a new Carrier Furnace and Air Conditioner. There are been was significantly less than the other company I contacted. It was installed within a week of me accepting the quote. I did both at the same time because labor costs would be more if done separately. Lonnie was very professional and explained exactly what I would need. The work was done by Jayson M and John G. They two were very professional. They covered my carpet so that it would not get dirty when they were going back-and-forth from the furnace room.. The reason I was replacing my furnace, which I believe was probably 23 or 24 years old, was because it was leaking carbon monoxide. I would recommend them highly and have to my neighbor who has been told she needs a new conditioner.“
