I had a perfect experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive. Their customer service was outstanding, and everyone had such a friendly and positive attitude that made me feel comfortable right away. I especially appreciated that they offered me a drink while I waited, which was a thoughtful touch and made the visit even more enjoyable. Excellent service, great professionalism, and wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend them!
The salon was clean when I walked in. The ladies working were very nice and welcoming. My nail tech was amazing she asked what I was wanted and when we realized I booked the wrong service she was able to accommodate with the time we had to do my nails how I wanted. The only reason I took one star was the website and booking was confusing and hard to find a time available. I will definitely be going back.
I've not been to this location myself. But I have on multiple occasions ordered gift cards for my friends that frequent this location and enjoy their services.I appreciate the website is easy to navigate and I can choose what date to have the e-certificates delivered. Which makes it more fun to surprise my friends.I highly recommend checking them out.
