LOVE Kim at the east side location! She makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. Smiles and actually talks to you while doing her job (sorry to say but unlike some of the other gals there). Have always had a good experience.

I went to this salon and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! I had a really great and friendly nail tech named Sally! She listened and did what I wanted and was gentle and very skilled. Definitely will be a regular!

I've been here four times and have had mixed experiences. The first time, I was a walk in and the gal that helped me was wonderful! She talked with me while doing my nails and made it a really enjoyable experience. The second time, I couldn't understand my gal very well but we managed to figure out what I wanted despite some frustration on both ends. The third time, I made an appt and waited for 40 minutes after my scheduled time to finally be seen. The gal that helped me was very sweet and apologetic for making me wait. She also chatted with me while doing mail nails and was very kind. This last time was yesterday and the artist seemed extremely annoyed that I was there...read full review
