Very courteous, informative, helpful and fixed the AC.Two months later the refrigerant was low again and since the AC was ten years old and the furnace was twenty-eight years old we decided to replace it with a Dual-Fuel heat pump and gas furnace combination. Dan did an excellent job of reviewing the options and we chose the Lennox system that met our needs. Robbie and his partner did a very professional job and took the time to teach us about the new system and smart thermostat.
