Initially we called Climate Control last year for a 2nd opinion on some repair suggestions made by another company. CC sent Pas out the next day and he diagnosed the problem, had us repaired, up and going for 1/3 the price of the competition. This year our A coil failed, so again we called CC and Pas came to rescue us again. They gave us plenty of options and we chose to update our cooling system. Pas worked his butt off to get us up and going, he has always been polite, courteous and takes time to answer questions and address concerns. I would recommend them and especially Pas j10 times out of 10.

Following some outrageous energy usage we called Climate Control to look at our AC unit. I have always been skeptical with repair companies thinking they will charge you for unneeded things... absolutely not the case! Our technician Nole did his very best to try and repair our unit unfortunately it was discovered it was too small for the size of our home and we needed a larger unit. Needless to say the owner Troy came to our home where we also discovered the home was not up to spec but we were also missing two air vents in the living space. Long story short a whole crew came, they took out drywall and installed new ductwork, vents, and left the house cleaner than arrival....read full review
