“Do not recommend. The appointment was set for 11:00-3:00 to service our water leak issue. We waited at the house for the appointment as scheduled. We received a notification at 11:19 via text letting us know the work was completed. We contacted the company and left a voicemail. About an hour later we called again since we did not receive a call back. We contact our home warranty company in reference to the lack of service and being unable to contact Plumbcraft. The home warranty company was unable to reach them via phone so they left a message as well. Several days go by and we had not heard from anyone. Contacted our home warranty company again in reference to the service call. They contacted Plumbcraft once again to determine the reason for a no-show appointment but claiming complete. The home warranty company was able to talk to someone at Plumbcraft. The home warranty company told us they would be dispatching another vendor. I asked why Plumbcraft would not be dispatched and what happened with the original appointment. He stated Plumbcraft refused to comeback to our home to service of water issue. I asked why? The representative at Plumbcraft said nobody was home for the appointment and refused to comeback. I am glad they are not coming back because integrity seems to be an issue. We were home for the scheduled work and their employee stated they completed the work and moved on to their next apppointment. Disappointed.“
