“Air Pro Heating • Air • Electric were fantastic! We had our heat go out (Thursday) right before this winter storm came through. I called Air Pro & Megan answered & set me up right away with a same day appointment! Bradley came out asap to look at our unit. He discovered that our compressor was bad and my unit was only heating off of half a heating kit. (Trying to explain the best I can). He recommended replacing the heating kit to get us through the frigid weekend temps. The next day Larry came out and quoted us on new HVAC systems. Larry was very attentive to our needs & informative about the units. He got us scheduled asap (first install available). Monday everything in NC was shutdown from the storm. Tuesday morning with temps at 14 degrees, the workers (one named Henry) showed up & installed our new HVAC! Both worked very hard & did a great job! We are very happy that we have heat again! Air Pro was fast, caring & knowledgeable all the way from the first call to install completion. We chose the company because of their ratings & that they are veteran owned. Highlander's continued efforts ranged from installing a new indoor heat pump unit, outdoor compressor, brand new furnace, ductwork cleaning, and ionizer installation.

Once all of that was completed, it was a no-brainer for us to call them back to assist with an upgrade to our kitchen. The kitchen had a recirculating hood above the cooktop. For fear of enticing the bear populations when we had to have our windows open while cooking bacon every time, we decided a real exhaust hood was needed. Highlander took care of the installation of the hood, as well as running the new ductwork in our attic space, horizontally to the exterior gable at the end of our house. They even placed the exhaust vent perfectly centered within the vertical siding panel. As a semi-retired architect, I can tell you their attention to detail was quite refreshing!“
