Had a a bad capacitor brought the old one up to Mark he checked it for me on the spot. Got my air back up and going. Very knowledgeable Man . My thermostat display went blank and I thought it was the batteries. After changing the batteries the display did not return. I then turned to replacing the thermostat. Still no success. I called my normal a/c person but he was under the weather and couldn't come out but he suggested Webb Heating & Air. The best thing that could have happened to me. Instead of coming out and charging me fees for diagnosing the problem, he texted and talked me through numerous things to check. Webb Heating and Air always go above and beyond! We’ve stopped in a few times for various parts and it is always the most pleasant experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have the best prices around. Even for basics like air filters! On top of that, they truly go out of their way to help. My dad and I called them on New Year’s Day when I woke up to no heat. They were so kind and walked us through getting the parts we needed to get it up and running. Truly honest people who care about their community.
