They do not overcharge and they make sure that your problem is solved before leaving your home. Our experiences with Mark and Bryan at Webb Heating and Air began in 2017 when they helped us out after we had troubles with another company. We bought a house in 2016 with a home warranty. The HVAC system pooped out within 2 months. We had a company out of Anderson come in and install a new unit. After all the run around we had from the home warranty folks and their installer, we just about would have rather coughed up 7k-10k and got our own folks to do it. Once new unit installed, it ran for a few months and crapped out. It took original installer a week to come out and find out that it needed a new coil.
