This was our planned review prior to winter. Dalton T was on time and very through in his work and communicated with us throughout each step in his work plan. He found a small problem with our upstairs unit at the compressor and took time to fully explain his findings and how we could decide what to do about the issue. Another tech had to bring a downstairs filter and all of that took place exactly as promised. Excellent professional service in our opinion.
Matthew M was on time and very professional. He explained everything and seemed to go the extra mile. He was very thorough. I feel like the cleaning he did should be part of the contract service. Not his rules but the company’s. Seems like basic maintenance as it gets dirty over time.
What a GREAT operation! Temperatures have been in the 90s here almost daily, so naturally our household a/c decided to stop working. I had called around and got an appointment at another service but the earliest available was almost 4 days away. I called Webb, and they helped me find out what was needed for a fix, and got our air back on that same morning! Friendly, knowledgeable, personable and communicative.
