“Air Pro Heating • Air • Electric were fantastic! We had our heat go out (Thursday) right before this winter storm came through. I called Air Pro & Megan answered & set me up right away with a same day appointment! Bradley came out asap to look at our unit. He discovered that our compressor was bad and my unit was only heating off of half a heating kit. (Trying to explain the best I can). He recommended replacing the heating kit to get us through the frigid weekend temps. The next day Larry came out and quoted us on new HVAC systems. Larry was very attentive to our needs & informative about the units. He got us scheduled asap (first install available). Monday everything in NC was shutdown from the storm. Tuesday morning with temps at 14 degrees, the workers (one named Henry) showed up & installed our new HVAC! Both worked very hard & did a great job! We are very happy that we have heat again! Air Pro was fast, caring & knowledgeable all the way from the first call to install completion. We chose the company because of their ratings & that they are veteran owned.
