Mack Heating & Cooling, Inc.

742 Old Barnwell Road, West Columbia

Tue 8AM - 6PM

“After interviewing 3+ different companies to replace our poorly installed 4 ton multi-zone AC system, we selected Mack. While the new ION variable speed multi-zone system that we settled on is certainly great, the difference maker is Mack Heating & Cooling (...and specifically Kenny). Every expectation was exceeded and highly recommend.

Communication - Timely communication and instant follow-up regardless of time of day. Many of the other companies took days to follow-up. Not Mack/Kenny.

Timely & Expert installation - Completed on time, expertly executed, and did not leave until training me on the app/usage. Followed up twice after the install just to ensure all is working well.

Cost - There were no hidden costs or surprises. Very competitive.

Support - Given everything to date, expect support will also be phenomenal (.. already scheduled a follow-up to install another air intake to help balance airflow in the house).

Highly recommend !!!!”
