Vlad managed to track some of them down (had to jump thru a lot of hoops). His crew were prompt, worked fast, did a very professional job. I didn't have to look for roofing nails in the grass, as I normal with roofing work. They also found a significant issue that I had failed to notice, and added it to the job for a very minor up-charge. It was one of those things where too many contractors would have taken advantage of a customer who had little choice at that point. Highly recommended.“

“I would give 10 stars if I could. Great company! I had Cassel Electric install a 50amp generator hook up with an interlock kit. They supplied the 50amp generator cord as well. I called them on a Friday evening before the big snow storm that was coming in on that Sunday. They had a technician out the following morning on Saturday to get it installed before the storm. That’s fast service! The guys were knowledgeable and explained how everything worked so I knew exactly what to do when it was time to use the generator.

I was so impressed, I called them back when I had a light on a fan not working but the fan still was. They gave me some advice over the phone to try before they sent technicians out at a charge. Well, it worked! They didn’t charge me a dime for the advice when most companies would have just sent out their techs and leave you with a hefty bill for something so simple.
