I asked Sterling Craft for a second quote on supply line replacement and issue with water hammer on the main floor of my home. They were out promptly and provided a professional quote. I ended up asking for clarifications on materials to be used and those also came promptly. They provided email and texts alerts of pending appointments with times.
Nick and James showed up at 8:30 and discussed the work to be done. They replaced all my copper supply lines under the house, feeder lines into the powder room, kitchen and exterior hose bibs.
