“Had to have significant re-roofing to a treasured playhouse after storm damage. Unfortunately, these particular shingles had been discontinued and need to match those on the main house. Vlad managed to track some of them down (had to jump thru a lot of hoops). His crew were prompt, worked fast, did a very professional job. I didn't have to look for roofing nails in the grass, as I normal with roofing work. They also found a significant issue that I had failed to notice, and added it to the job for a very minor up-charge. It was one of those things where too many contractors would have taken advantage of a customer who had little choice at that point. Highly recommended.“

“I would give 10 stars if I could. Great company! I had Cassel Electric install a 50amp generator hook up with an interlock kit. They supplied the 50amp generator cord as well. I called them on a Friday evening before the big snow storm that was coming in on that Sunday. They had a technician out the following morning on Saturday to get it installed before the storm. That’s fast service! The guys were knowledgeable and explained how everything worked so I knew exactly what to do when it was time to use the generator.

I was so impressed, I called them back when I had a light on a fan not working but the fan still was. They gave me some advice over the phone to try before they sent technicians out at a charge. Well, it worked! They didn’t charge me a dime for the advice when most companies would have just sent out their techs and leave you with a hefty bill for something so simple.
