My daughter recommended and I called Cole Fence to have my fence installed. They gave me a date of the first week of June. I was happy with this, but, a situation arose and I needed it a week early!!! What did they do? They came out and installed it a week early!!! Great people to do business with and my fence is BEAUTIFUL. I 100% would recommend them to ANYONE!!

Mini-Split Specialists did a good job of installing the Samsung split system. All done in a day. Work was neat. Installers were friendly and quite competent.
They installed a similar system (another brand unit) for us over four years ago in another house and we were quite satisfied with the company, their pricing, and their staff.
The 5 star rating in this review is for continued satisfaction with the company and its staff and with the installation quality. Have not had enough experience with this new Samsung unit itself to have an opinion based on facts.
I've had mini-splits in several countries on three continents. They have all been OK; some better than others. Have not had a Samsung, so the jury is out on this unit until it has time to prove itself (or not). So far it is working as expected, but of course in the month of May it does not take much zip to either heat or cool. This Samsung unit has some features which others I've had have not had. The result is that the remote control device is overly complicated and not terribly intuitive. With time and experience that annoyance will probably be reduced.
Next year I'll return to this review for an update as appropriate.

We have boarded our two dogs, Bruno and Sophie, here multiple times a year since moving here 5 years ago. They are alwaus so welcoming and they know my dogs well now the dogs know them too! Bruno jumps up to be petted when he goes in to meet the girls there. He hates a car ride so we are so thankful they are so close to us. They have even been able to take them on short notice when we have had unexpected travel. We have always had a good experience.
Always on time, courteous and flexible. They are efficient in the office as well as the servicemen.
We always call these guys to get our plumbing issues fixed. Donny came out the morning after I called about fixing my leaky kitchen sink. He was respectful in my home and got us fixed up in about an hour or so. Thanks so much!

Eli and crew did an amazing job. Nine hours of work by 3 men- and I never saw them take a break. Katie did a follow up for us. She went thru the crawl space to evaluate the situation. These people have great personalities and obviously very competent.

Shane was great at solving the many issues our property posed for the project and explained everything in detail as to what the best approach was and why. The results are beautiful. Fidel and his entire crew were wonderful, and very professional and patient with us as we worked through various challenges , and kindly answered all of our questions. Top-notch from start to finish! Could not be happier with our experience or the finished product!
