This is my pantry, done by closets by design. I wasn't sure what I wanted in a pantry but Jen helped me thru the process had helpful suggestions. I could not be more pleased. I have more room than I thought I would have. The installer was very nice and cleaned up before he left. I just love my new pantry

My daughter and I were returning clients from 2 years ago which we both bought toppers and are so happy with them and the customer service we received at that time. We just attended a show 3 hours from our home. My daughter had a wonderful experience mine not so much. My stylist seemed tired and not very talkative. I know we were one of the last appointments for the day (5pm) but she could have been a little more friendly. I was having a hard time making a decision on which one out of the 2 she brought out for me to look at. At one point she told me we need to hurry and make a decision we are running out of time. My daughter was sitting near me and couldn’t believe she said that to me. It hadn’t been that long since she brought them out. I also know that I was her last appointment and there were other ladies in the salon that were there before me and were still there after I left. Their stylists were taking their time to be sure their client was happy. She told me she hadn’t had a break or eaten all day. Maybe if she would have had a break she may have been little more attentive. Since I was a little rushed I chose a topper that I’m not excited about. I wish she would have brought out a few more choices. I had to take the topper to my personal stylist who cut it better since the back wasn’t cut well and the sides didn’t match. The overall experience was good. Everyone else was very friendly and professional. The products are great.
