They came out last summer to do a repair on our unit. It was the original unit that came when the house was built. They were very honest in letting us know it would likely not last another full year and to start thinking about replacing it. Sure enough it went up on a Sunday. They were there on Monday and confirmed it needed to be replaced. They had me scheduled within two days. The guys showed up this morning. They were polite, curious and finished the job within hours.
I would highly recommend them. Good customer service is hard to find anymore. But it’s here with this company.
I had hired Morgan and Company about 5 years age. They replaced all my duct work in an older home and they did a wonderful job. I then had them replace the ac in a rental unit. All I can is that they worked until I was completely satisfied. If I ever need hvac work done again, Upstate and Morgan will be my first call.
