Mini-Split Specialists did a good job of installing the Samsung split system. All done in a day. Work was neat. Installers were friendly and quite competent.
They installed a similar system (another brand unit) for us over four years ago in another house and we were quite satisfied with the company, their pricing, and their staff.
The 5 star rating in this review is for continued satisfaction with the company and its staff and with the installation quality. Have not had enough experience with this new Samsung unit itself to have an opinion based on facts.

Mike & his crew at Mini-Split Specialist are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair when it comes to all things mini-splits. They do great work, have great communication, and take care of their customers well! They helped me through the entire process of installing a mini split, from selecting the right one to installation and maintenance. The team worked efficiently and made sure to get my home to a comfortable temperature in no time! I would recommend them time & time again and plan to use Mini-Split Specialist for any future jobs as well.
We have a rental in SC. Mini Split Specialist came in and fixed our problems. Left mini splits in clean pristine condition, and they were punctual and professional. We will definitely use them again:)
