I currently rent, my landlords used Bracci roofing to replace a roof that was in a much needed state for it. Growing up during the summers as a teen I would do roofing and I have experience and knowledge about it. They got the job done and the roof is better than it was but they could have done much better. When I did roofing growing up we would park a dumpster in an available location and lay tarps around the rest of the house to catch nails and debris. They did an amazing job on our roof!! Our little house in Crowfield Plantation was kind of run of the mill with it's original roof. But the new architectural shingles and new trim really made the house look brand new!! Thanks Guys!!
The roof of our newly purchased property was done in 2020 by this company. The inspection before purchase showed there is a gap in the roof, after calling them to come check it out, the gentleman on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, short of speech and not responsive at all. Rudely said he might come check it out the next day and never showed up... also said there was no guarantee for the job, doesn’t make much sense since it was so recently done.
