Now this rating is not for workmanship they have not done any work on my home so you made that clear this is based solely upon the fact of what how they're representative was who actually does do some installation he works on them but he did not do anything but inspect the complete roof and attic and then report to me what he found showed me the pictures and video of what he saw explain that stuff and then showed me all the materials and what order they will go on who they're made by what kind of warranty they carry he was very thorough but to the point and taking 3 hours he was finished fairly quickly matter of fact I was probably talking more than him but he did a great...read full review
Nick came to our house and was very thorough with the information we needed to get our roof replaced. I’m amazed at the detail that was provided. At the end of the visit my husband and I felt very well informed about the process, product, and what to expect. I can honestly say I learned a lot! He was very personable and we enjoyed his visit! I will definitely recommend this place to others!
Thought Monarch only did roof repair/replacement. Called about some gutter replacement opportunities and they were there to assist. Pretty painless. Just waiting now for the install crew.
