Monarch Roofing
“We had an excellent experience with Austin throughout our roofing project. He checked in with me every day during the work, made sure I received photos as the project progressed, coordinated access to the house whenever it was needed, and consistently did exactly what he said he would do.
Because I was not able to be present at the property during the work, that level of communication and follow-through was especially important to me. I ended up with extensive photo documentation of the entire project (160 pics!) and felt informed throughout the process.
Austin was dependable, responsive and professional from beginning to end. The photo library even showed my property surrounding home in tip-top condition. In a time when that kind of reliable follow-through can feel increasingly rare, it was very much appreciated. The finished roof looks great, and I would highly recommend him.”
