Fantastic experience from the first contact to the last nail... Clean up was fantastic and the fact that the contractor actually rented an Elvis is the first time I've ever seen one of those on a roof site..... I don't have any complaints. I highly recommend this outfit. The price was great; in fact, I liked the price so much I didn't even get any other estimates because I know the big companies would come in well over $20,000, I found this company through word of mouth... And they weren't wrong......
My experience with this business started with calling Natalia Merolle. She was quick to reply, gracious and informative. I explained the roofing needs were for my 88 yr old mom who lives in Murrells Inlet. My brother Chris and sister Virginia who also live in the area were the points of contact. My hours at the hospital were not conducive to being at her home. Mr. Merolle and his crew inspected the roof and submitted their estimate. My siblings said their plan was head and shoulders above the competition. After permission from the HOA they were able to start on the roof immediately... They also installed new gutters and removed the old skylight and put in a new one...read full review
