I would give him a 10 out of 10 on the Roofing Project. We had to have a new roof. We were not familiar with the metal roofs. Steve came out explained everything about the metal roofs from the material, installation and maintenance.We decided on the metal roofing and his crew came out removed the old shingles and hauled them away and installed the new metal roof all in less than two days if I remember correctly. And we love it

I can't say enough about how good of a job Nance Roofing did with my new roof installation. This is the second roof installation that Nance Roofing has done for our company and just like we couldn't be happier with the results.
