Two years after installing our new roof, Weather Shield Roofing was just as responsive as the day they put it on. When I reached out about some minor repairs, they came out quickly, handled every item on my list, and communicated the whole way through. Sonny and his crew were excellent. If you want a roofer who will still pick up the phone long after the job is done, this is the one.
Easy to work with , thank you to Frank and Sonny for the flawless process! Would highly recommend
Weather Shield Myrtle Beach did an amazing job. Both Sabrena and Brian were very professional, keeping me up to date and offered outstanding help in working with State Farm. They have a five out of five rate for professionalism! Importantly, they kept me in the loop for everything regarding timing of events for the roof installation and courteous follow up for all events of the process including delivery details and pricing.
