Very late on this review. We had Jake out and I will say it was an easy experience. Jake explained everything up front and what he was doing every step of the way. He even had my cat watching him work and she was impressed. Thank you Jake!!
Braydon called to let me know he could show up early which was just fine with me. He went over the whole AC system with me and checked for any issues. He answered all my questions and was very polite. He explained the maintenance plan to me but did not put any pressure on me to purchase it. (Which I did). I would recommend Brandon for any AC issues that one might have. Thank you.
John was very personable and listened to both my husband and I, he answered our questions and explained and showed us what needed to be repaired.
