Jake came to repair a bathroom faucet and fix a toilet. He explained all of the options, replaced both bathroom faucets and fixed the toilet. He was very efficient, very likable. I had my yearly plumbing inspection. The serviceman Jake Brown was very informative and knowledgeable about his job and explaining them to me. Also the same day HVAC biannual inspection on the same day. Nicholas Helenek was very thorough on his inspection also. I recommend Michael and Sons and I am glad I chose them
