“It all started with Daniel Graves (a project manager)
who did a roof inspection. He had pictures of the roof inspection and was patient in answering all our questions. Very through in explaining their products
and services. Although he thought we may be able to get a could get a couple of years more from our roof, we chose to do a complete roof replacement.
We chose the 'Signaturel' option. It took about a week
to get an install date.
Got a text from 'Michael' project manager for our job. He explained the process and what we needed to do to get ready. The team arrived on time and Omar put his crew right to work. Michael would send me texts and videos keeping me advised as the project moved along. At completion the cleanup was
done and it was as if they had never been here.
The entire process was professional and I always
felt well informed. I would highly recommend Linta
Roofing. We are very please and love the look of our
new roof. Daniel has also been very helpful with a
couple of items post install. My neighbor across the street had Daniel evaluate his roof and is waiting for his install date.“

“9/19/25: The same day we filed a home warranty claim with Old Republic, Justin Kelly called to make a convenient appointment to inspect our faulty air handler in our attic. Within a few days he arrived, diagnosed the problem, conferred with our warranty company, ordered the repair kit, and returned to fix it. Our only charge was the warranty plan’s service charge of $110. Justin charged the balance for his time and parts to our warranty company. Justin Kelly was polite, personable, and an overall nice man. He also took the time to explain that home warranty companies typically want the HVAC unit repaired versus replacing. If we ever need a totally new HVAC system, we believe that we could trust Justin to recommend a reliable manufacturer and install everything at a “reasonable” price.

“We bought our house pre-covid then once covid happened nobody in the country could get anybody to work. They became very sorry not talking about the people at Kenny's custom homes. And no, I'm not a friend of Kenny's. I am a customer and it was a long process to get our house finished. There was some bad choices on who was working there. I have later found out that these people are not there anymore and things are getting done that we're supposed to get done 2 years ago on our house. It does take time and not everybody can move when the Yankee snaps their fingers. This is the South. If people moving here would be a little nicer like the people in the South things might get done a whole lot easier than they are now. If I had to do it all over again I would purchase a home from Kenny's custom homes Go TRUMP!!2024“
