I had a hot water issue on a 3 year old tankless heater. Went to the brand’s website and got an authorized dealer/servicer’s name. They’ve been here twice, yesterday being the last time. The issue still wasn’t resolved and they left behind $2,000 estimate on all of the plumbing line & gas line issues that they said we needed to correct for the hot water heater to work properly. I called Premier Plumbing this morning & upon arrival Sean discovered the tank was leaking from a broken o- ring caused by the other plumber yesterday.
