“My injury was unexpected. I was on vacation in a different state not familiar with any Physical Therapy offices. I was greeted with open arms by all staff at Results Physiotherapy. I couldn’t put a time frame on my recovery but knew I needed to be at a recovery level before returning home and to work. Michael P worked with me providing PT as well as mental support. When I thought I couldn’t do something he cheered me on. My progress surpassed my expectations of my recovery for my broken ankle. “I fell on a granite surface with my dog over 3 yrs., ago, damaging my knee and hip severely, and I am now working on an Interior Design project in Charleston, SC., and I needed a PT person. At my gym I was recommended to see the “Founder/Owner/Director of Premier Physical Therapy,” Jill Boorman.Her facility is nothing short of amazing and everyone there is working and smiling and doing great things with their clients. For me, this experience was “the best ever!” Further, I have never seen a more equipped physical therapy studio. And, Jill, a “hugely caring woman,” was as good as one gets! She is so very knowledgeable and even had me walking backwards on a treadmill! She examined me and said things like, “I think I know what it is,”and she also gave me a Serola Belt, (which I never heard of, and like magic it brought more strength to my damaged hip and knee from my fall! She appears to be more than knowledgeable, she is extremely gifted!! I believe this facility is perhaps a bit out of the way, however, from downtown Charleston the drive to North Charleston is so worthwhile I will go regularly!Ah yes, and the ‘ginger tea,’ she gave me was a caring and a lovely touch. “I have found that in the 3 different P/T companies that I’ve been to in the last 3 years, that Axis on Ladson Road (Oakbrook) is by far the BEST P/T place hands down. Every person that works there in whatever capacity they are in are all very nice people. This is a very warm and welcoming facility…..the people there are lighthearted and make you smile and laugh. They take their jobs very seriously and want you to be the best that you can be.They really help you reach your goals and are determined that you get back to your normal activities again. I worked with most of the therapists there and found them all to be great to work with. Thank you for helping me get back on track again with my daily activities…..and then some!“

“Finally, a PT experience where I’m not just a person in a queue waiting for my therapist to work with me. This is a true one-on-one where your experienced therapist works directly with you, watching you for pain in movement, changing the exercise to suit your ability, and there to ensure they understand you and your body.After two accidents over the past year and a half, two surgeries, and a new osteoporosis diagnosis, I have a very unique situation with a lot of pain and tightness. Sydney is working to improve my my overall abilities knowing there’s a lot going on. Her overall experience and personal touch is making it easier to go to what I’ve always thought of PT.
