“I’ve been coming to the practice for a little over a year and when I first arrived, I had a mobilizing back pain. I’ve experienced moments where laying flat on the ground was the easiest thing for me to do to the point where trying to roll over or sit up straight, felt nearly impossible, and had nearly brought me to tears. I also was involved in a major motorcycle accident, where the aftermath was not nearly as painful as, the back pain that I was experiencing, though I’m sure that didn’t help either. I’m in my 30s and have a history of sports from early childhood through college. I’ve done manual labor within the service industry and I’ve been blessed to work remotely.
