“I contacted Nate in February 2024 with a goal to hike 100 miles of the Appalachian Trail in June. Nate put together a personal program based on my strength and fitness level which he tweaked and updated weekly. His program was easy to follow, and he was always available for consult if I had had questions. Each month we would meet in person for reassessment and further tweaks if needed. The process was easy to follow and affordable.
I'm happy to say I met my goal of hiking 105 miles of the Appalachian Trail and had the time of my life!

“David Seagle and Rehab Carolina were recommended by my orthopedic surgeon Dr. Lowery and my experience with David and his entire team have been 5 STARS from the Receptionist's introduction call walking me through insurance coverage & appointment availability through the first three sessions with David to address my severe back pain caused by a lumbar muscle sprain associated with a facet joint. David is super patient, thoughtful and encouraging. During my darkest moments waiting for meds to kick in, he gave me tips to minimize pain getting out of bed, walking and every other required movement. I've got much work to do rebuilding core strength and I'm grateful to have David and Rehab Carolina to help me!“

My issue ended up being osteoarthritis and bone on bone hip joint. I was in extreme pain and walking with a cane. Proceeding carefully, Dr Lindstrom has me walking without cane, without limping but most important not in pain.
Knowing that surgery is in my future for sure, my quality of life has improved 100%. I have gone from tears and worried how the holidays would be too excited to cook Thanksgiving dinner and decorate my tree!
