My name is Bill Karp and my connection with GLC in Ladson (and on the west coast as well) was through a freight forwarder importing goods from China. The Ladson team, specifically Lazaro Valdes and Steele Holman, were responsible for overseeing unloading of containers, sorting and collating goods, stacking on pallets, and prep for outbound shipping. I cannot express enough in words how professional and courteous these 2 individuals were in coordinating our goods and how attentive they were to ensure all of my requests and quality standards were met. In connection with the GLC team in California, the entire operation and staff come highly recommended for any freight and fulfillment needs anyone in the industry is looking for. I highly recommend Flavio and his crew at Floor It and More. We are in the process of updating our 1990s kitchen. We had them replace the linoleum with porcelain tile, and install sea salt subway tile backsplash. I’m so happy with the way they turned out. They did the job quickly but well, were friendly and professional. The appliances had to be moved to do the floor, so after completing the install, they made sure all appliances - gas stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer- were working and no leaks before leaving. We will definitely use them for future projects.
