“What an incredible experience!!
When I first started I couldn’t raise my arm above my head or reach backwards .
Ryan and Jasmine put me through a variety of stretches, and weights that helped me overcome my pain . The individual attention I received to form and detail were so helpful !! My physician Dr Kelly had highly recommended them and now I see why !! I am so grateful to All Care for giving me the use of my arm, pain free again !!
If you are looking for a physical therapy clinic that really cares about you, this is the place !!

“I had total reverse shoulder replacement surgery at the end of Oc24. My Dr asked if I had a favorite PT place in mind and I chose Elite due to close proximity of my home. I came in the day after surgery and Meghan started my treatment and stayed with her the first 2 weeks or so agter surgery. I found Elite to be very proficient at what they do. It is painful at times but she would get me a lighter weight or change the stretching I was doing. I liked the way I was evaluated weakly as your strength and mobility was progressing. I worked with a couple other therapist for several months and couldn't be happier. They took notes of progress every visit and monitored my pain level as well. I was never pushed in anyway and was told by one of the therapist if itswas a little too much or too painful to just do the best you can and we'll keep pushing forward. I had to go for about 4+ months of therapy for my shoulder and if the need arises, I would choose Elite. Not because its close to my home but these people care about getting you well where you can enjoy life again.“

“I’ve been a repeat client of Cornerstone Rehab, since 2016! I wouldn’t go anywhere but here, for joint replacement rehab!

I highly recommend the level of skill, talent, kindness, and care, provided by each therapist I worked with: Owner, David Stallings & P.T.’s Steve & Andrew.

After my 2nd R TKR in 2016, I changed therapy to Cornerstone. Months & months of PT w/ much scar tissue, went on forever (no fault of theirs) & 3 yrs. later, I underwent Complete Total Revision- same R Knee & returned to rehab same knee, again. Now total of 3 TKR’s.

Unfortunately, scar tissue developed once again, yet my ROM never returned to where it needs to be.

In recent months, I returned for Pre-Op Hip Rehab w/ Mallory, same location- Hampton Hall. This time, awaiting bilateral THR’s, w/ R hip first, being worst. DVT in R Leg developed after completing Pre-Op w/ 12 sessions, pushing out both surgeries. After clot dissolves, I will re-start surgical processes.

I’ll return to Cornerstone, after both THR’s, for rehab! My husband Brett, recovering from L Hip THR on 9/12/25 at BMH & Dr. Vandit Sardana will refer him out to Cornerstone, as well.

Mallory will be our P/T (again for me) & she’s terrific! All employees work very well, as a team effort. Look forward to a healthier 2026! Much thanks to all team members, including receptionist, Lisa! 5 Stars! ?????
