“I have been coming to Essential Aesthetics for a year now. I moved to Charlotte from New Orleans and I was very hesitant about trying a new laser spa. My consultation with Lori was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. As an African American woman a lot of laser places don’t cater to my skin type. Essential Aesthetics definitely does! For 20 plus years I have suffered with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), therefore I have a lot of scar tissue and ingrown hairs. Since starting my laser journey my I don’t get ingrown hairs anymore. My laser technician Faith is spectacular!!! She is so genuine and passionate about what she does. If I have questions or concerns she has no problem answering them. She gives her honest opinion on what services I truly need. Thank you Faith! I can’t wait to get my first chemical peel next week. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. “Fantastic treatment team. Everyone from reception, to the doctor, and even the person who does your vitals. I drive almost an hour to come here because it’s difficult to find people who really care about helping in a specialty like this one. I’ve had doctors that have lied and yelled at me, but not here. The treatment team is very friendly, professional, and they really care about their patients. It’s not a very big office so you get to know the team and I actually look forward to driving almost an hour just to come see them. There are places that are ~5-15 minutes from my home but I’d rather take an hour to come to Ascend Health because of the incredible care that I receive here. I would absolutely reccomend to any struggling friends or family members that they go here to seek treatment. :) 11/10 y’all keep being awesome!!PS If you want help without feeling stigmatized and dehumanized this is where you need to go. I promise you it’ll be okay. They really care about their patients.“

“This is a really good clinic, i applied and get approved and they referred me to Dr's for endometriosis, I even got surgery through the clinic paying minimum. The process for the application takes long than a month, personally it took more than 5 months but it was worth the waiting.“
