“Jessica does an amazing job. She took her time with pedicure and SNS nails. I do notice that the salon could use some deep cleaning. There are dead bugs and cobwebs behind pedicure chairs and along the front windows. The front windows also look smeared and corners in the bathroom had cobwebs as well.“

“I recently moved to the area & I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year. I am in a wedding this weekend so I decided to get them done for the ocassion. I was a little anxious trying a new nail salon in my new city, but it was one of the next nail experiences I ever had. Mia welcomed me & let me in 10 minutes before they even opened since she saw me waiting outside. She immediately helped me and talked me through what I wanted to get done. I never once had to mention something to her that I wanted or speak up to correct something (a way to common horror story everyone can relate to at the salon) because she had already asked me about it. It was a huge weight off my shoulders when Mia perfectly shaped my nails (I love a skinny almond) and painted my french nails. She showed me different color and pattern options for the flower I was envisioning which I really appreciated! I would definitely go back should I choose to get my nails done again.“

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to in Charlotte, NC—hands down. The customer service is out of this world. Thai and Yonh are two of the most wonderful hosts you’ll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly taken care of.
