We went into a thorough discussion about my coloring needs - gray is growing out and wanted some kind of options/ideas. Margaret suggested an ash toner. She stood by the toner the entire time, wiping every now and then to be sure of the effect. I really liked the toner she applied below the gray (bottom part of hair faded part). She also trimmed it slightly. Overall, Margaret was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, took special time to explain various options, paid attention to detail, and it turned out nicely.
