“Dr. Kelley is the best Vet I have ever had! My puppy has had several bad experiences with other Vet offices, so she was terrified to enter another Vet office. Dr Kelley went above and beyond to make my dog Marley feel very comfortable and safe coming to her. My dog does not like slippery surfaces or being up on an exam table so Dr Kelley brought in yoga mats for Marley to walk on and she did her exam on the floor. Dr Kelley is so friendly and welcoming! The office has been able to get my dog in last minute several times. 5 Stars is not enough for Dr Kelly and Daniel Island Animal Hospital.“

“The veterinarians and staff are highly qualified, caring and personable. Dr. Briley is an awesome repro vet. She takes fantastic care of my Westies and as a breeder herself, understands how valuable our girls are to us in every way.“

“Tomorrow will make the 1yr mark of Dr. Spatola doing my Australian cattle dog’s eye surgery. She was diagnosed with Anterior Lens Luxation & needed the lens from her right eye removed. Surgery went well & her eye is doing great. She needs to the same surgery on her left eye as well but for now, we are managing with daily eye drops. I absolutely recommend this facility. The staff are wonderful & have been so accommodating with me & Kip!“

“This place is truly a gem! A few months ago, I needed a last minute appointment for my dog, Ziggs, and they were able to fit us in the same day. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about the vets/the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes the experience a positive one. Most importantly, they treat our Ziggs boy with such care. I couldn’t recommend a better place to bring your pets!“

Top notch across the board. The staff are amazing. Incredibly friendly, professional and focused on creating an environment that brings comfort and creates confidence.

I'll especially call out Gabby (apologies if I spelled it wrong). She was so warm and friendly. Just in the briefly time interacting with her, she made us feel so welcome and at ease. :-)

Dr. Jacobson is second to none in my experience. He helped me back in 2020 with one of my English Bulldogs. And back then I was overly impressed with the level of care and compassion. As well as a willingness to walk me through all the details to give me the best possible understanding of what we were dealing with. And now again in 2025, with another one of my English Bulldogs, the experience was even better.

He spent time to first explain to me in great detail the condition my girl is dealing with. But he took the time to draw it out on a white board and broke it all down for me. And he listened when I asked questions and then took to the time to ensure I fully understood the answer. It got me thinking... maybe he could spend some time coaching 'people' docs. ;-)

At any rate, regardless of where I might find myself living in the future, if I ever have a need for veterinary cardiologist, I'll make the trip!“

“The quality of care is great, the staff, techs and vets are very knowledgeable and do want the best for our pets. They take the appointments at the scheduled time (sometimes a bit early if you are there) and are conveniently located with an excellent facility.
Park West Vet is not the least expensive option but provides excellent service. The competency and friendliness of the staff is great.“

We have experienced many vet visits, from the regular “well checkup” to the sad visits where we have had to choose euthanasia, and everyone at AMW has always been very supportive and caring! “This was my first visit as a foster parent to this facility. The vet tech was very nice. The facility is visually pleasing and clean. I felt comfortable speaking with the personnel and asking questions. But, it is a little difficult to get the vet tech to return a call when I have a question about an appointment. 24 hours later I still hadn't heard anything from the vet tech or the clinic and wound up having to call the clinic back.“

“Our Reba, a 6 year old rottie, became very sick and had emergency surgery to remove her gallbladder. Dr. Padgett had laid out all the options but we felt very confident that he would conduct the surgery. Dr. Rains conducted all the tests before and after care. Both doctors were so caring and responsive to our needs for Reba. All the technicians and staff round out the professional team dedicated to Reba's care. This is an on-going progress, Reba will need further care. We feel assured that Clements Ferry has the expertise and is the best place for a positive outcome.“

Im so happy to be a client of theirs as i know my crew are taken care of. Most recently, Dr.Yager practically saved my cats life after he had a urinary blockage and a local emergent vet just wanted to euthanize. Highly recommend CCV to everyone.“

“Our dog is still in recovery after getting surgery at Hanahan Vet Clinic, but our experience has been nothing but positive. First, they have a note that our dog is leash aggressive and is choosey about her dog friends, so they always make sure no dogs are in the lobby when we bring her in. Second, they are so sweet to Annie even though she can be protective about certain procedures. They think of everything and make sure we're prepared. Third, everyone there really takes their time to explain things to us even when we have a thousand questions. We appreciate their communication more than they know! A bonus: Annie was put under anesthesia for her procedure, and we noticed when we got home that they clipped her nails while she was out!! We got a good laugh out of that and were so thankful for that attention to detail and extra service. She hates getting her nails clipped, and we're so glad they took the opportunity to go above and beyond.“
