Amazing attention to detail! I filled out their “fear free form,” before our visit and they had everything ready to make sure my dog’s annual exam went as smoothly as possible! They got us straight into an exam room, and were even able to take payment in the exam room, avoiding wait time / running into other dogs in the lobby, which can be triggering for my boy. Listened to all my questions & concerns, overall wonderful experience! -Albie & Mom

The front end staff is exceptional. Dr. Schmidt attends to Peabody, Watson, and Murphy providing excellent care. I recommend Park West to everyone that asks for a recommendation for their pet. The attention and care our 3 dogs receive is excellent.

Our first visit to Park West Veterinary Associates was great. They were very accommodating and our vet Dr Mercedes spent a lot of time with us. She took the time to learn about Walter our new pup but she also took time to know us.
