Every single staff member - from receptionist, to tech, to the vet herself treated my dog like their own. They showered him with positive praise, encouragement, and gave him so much love and affection. Everyone was so honest and knowledgeable. Truly an amazingly ran office.

She also helped me with a very sick stray cat that found her way to us this spring. Dr DeRespino is so good at explaining things in a compassionate, clear way that always puts us at ease and helps us to make decisions during very stressful and unplanned visits. I called around to different vet offices in Charleston and this vet office is the only one that would fit us in and help poor Chloe. The care they provided was fantastic, and was less expensive than we expected..that doesn’t happen often. The vet explained everything beforehand, informed us every step of the way, and treated our very fearful rescue dog, very well. The next day, they called us to see how she was doing.
