“From the very start, Sunrise Electric has been excellent, prompt, efficient, skilled and respectful. If you need any electrical work done, both my sister and I highly recommend them. She told me about them after they installed a wheelchair lift in her house for her husband this summer. After my initial call with the friendly person, who answered the phone, CJ Etten, the Operations Manager, came out promptly to give an estimate. He was thorough and set up the estimate with separate quotes for the various work I wanted done, so that I could make the best decision for me at this time — many outlets converted to grounded ones and the overhead fan replaced in the kitchen. We set the appointment, then Braxton and Jackson, the two highly skilled electricians, came right on time. They were both a pure pleasure to work with. After a quick tour of the house, they set to work, keeping me informed at every step. They answered my questions respectfully. The last step in their efficient installation of my new overhead fan was to pop the the fifth fan blade onto its mount, then fit it into the fan as they had done with the other four blades, but……Home Depot‘s fan was missing that fifth mount for the fifth blade! Despite my frustration at Home Depot and my fruitless calls to them — who kept routing me to other departments, then other outside suppliers — Braxton and Jackson ensured that I had a fan and light right away. They set the fan to work, advising me to run it on the lowest speed to avoid balance problems. They showed me what I would need to do once the missing part arrived, then assured me that I was completely capable of doing that final work myself. Home Depot took over a week to get the part to me (available only by online ordering), but sent the wrong color! Luckily, it was dark enough to blend in with the rest of the fan. Lastly, I was able to do the final work myself despite being skeptical that I could. Braxton and Jackson’s belief in me was and is much appreciated as is their efficient work. If you need electrical work, they are outstanding!“
