The owner of this company is a rare find. I lost my A/C on Saturday evening and suffered through a hellish night with my inside temperature climbing to near 90 degrees. My sister is elderly and I am no spring chicken being treated very serious medical conditions. Of all the companies in the Midlands that supposedly provide 24/7 service, he is the only one who doesn't send your call to an answering service overseas. He came out in less than 1 hour on a Sunday morning, went straight to his work, told me my 17 year old needs replacing but not having that type of $$ he got it going in less than 25 minutes.
