I had a wonderful experience with this optometrist from start to finish. He was extremely kind, professional, and very detailed throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to carefully explain every part of the exam and made sure I fully understood my vision results and eye health. I actually stumbled into this office after a bit of a mishap at my previous eye doctor—I had a contact lens stuck in my eye and was pretty frantic. Dr. I and his staff were incredibly welcoming, calm, and kind, which made a stressful situation so much better. I’ve officially switched over and scheduled my future appointments here. I’m excited to become a patient!
