“I have a pair of Ray Bans that I bought replacement lenses for. I took them to a shop here in Columbia, but they couldn’t swap them. They recommended Eye On Gervais. I called and got Mike. Right away I could tell I had called the right place. Mike took a look and tried. Couldn’t get the screws out. Not wanting to quit, he ordered a special tool. That didn’t work, but Mike persevered. He modified the tool and made it happen. Not only that, he only wanted to charge me for the cost of the special tool. $25! Um, no. I paid $40 for his determination and persistence. If you need glasses, then this is the shopFor you. Thank you, Mike. I’m loving my new and improved Ray Bans. Steve“
“GotStanton optical on Harbison Blvd, Columbia...January 17,2023. Their offer at 2 for 1 bifocals was priced at $700. As was Walking out door, was offered economy 2 for 1 in economy frame for $135 ????? Nothing more said by employee. Got economy, 2 for 1, had to wait week. Prescription filled, same day, same location, completely false. Cannot see with glasses. Took them back. Was told, no refund. The company app, states refund, less the shipping. What is truth? Was advised that optometrist that filled prescription has made error, take back to him to chk.....then said these glasses needed upgrade in lenses for $300 to correct vision to become "crisp" not faded as was, employee was Brooke. Why would any company make glasses that were not 100 vision correcting? I assume that these economy lenses had no anti-refection. But at a cost of $300 was unheard of. As the other reviews, Brooke had no concern if I could see or not . When I went to pick up glasses, there was no employee on floor. Door buzzer went off when I entered, but no one came until 6 minutes later. These are merely employees who do not grasp the idea that they represent Stanton. There is no concern of this store closing...another "job" will be sought elsewhere. Sad.“
“I went to this office on 04/20/2023, I had a wonderful, welcoming experience. It was full of laughs and such a great time meeting Jenny. Jenny was polite and friendly from the start, my eye doctor as well (sorry I forgot her name). 5 stars for this location, and after two hours of leaving Jenny called me and wished me a happy birthday. Love the service and the experience will recommend to my friends and family.“

“Dr Kelly Morris is the best! She is very professional and kind.I am editing my review after reading “Jaden Caughman’s” review. I was a vendor at this event Jaden spoke of; Jaden (who I don’t remember seeing at the event) is making false allocation's. Dr. Morris did not yell once, she did “hush” the crowd to go over the raffle prizes and rules… it was all in fun. Dr. Morris definitely did not yell at the vendors either. I think Jaden is displacing anger with false statements.“

The office staff was friendly, prepared for my visit (my records and benefits) and welcoming. The tech who helped with my glasses was very kind and understanding of my requests.
