Went to get shades fixed. They worked me in schedule since they were only doing appointments. Got my shades back same day. The customer service was excellent. Both young ladies were very nice and professional.

I am not one to post reviews. However, I feel compelled to express how grateful I am to have found the Trenholm Plaza Folline Vision Center 15 plus years ago. They sold me my first pair of progressive lenses at that time and the lenses were perfect the moment I put them on my face. I am currently on my 4th set of progressive lenses and I have never walked out of this Folline store disappointed. I tried elsewhere on my most recent lense purchase because my insurance changed. The vendor made them WRONG twice and said if the lenses came back WRONG a third time I would need to pay a restocking charge. I can't say enough about the Forrest Acres Office. I had originally had a new patient appointment with Columbia Eye Clinic Sept 28th at 9 a.m. after an HOUR wait, i voiced my concerned and i left. I called Folline Vision and told them my story and they had an opening THAT DAY!! I arrived and was greeted at the door and waited LESS THAN 5 minutes for Dr. Kriegshaber to call me back. Once my very extensive eye exam was complete, Brenda Bowen (Manager) assisted me with picking out glasses and the billing side of things. These people treated me like a patient and not a person who has a number so take a seat. They are very personable and will assist you in any way...read full review
