Being that I come from a generation where we had hairstylist and beauticians, I'm always looking for someone who cares about having a healthy scalp and hair not doing the style because of a trend. I felt extremely comfortable and that her way of doing natural hair is in total alignment with my new hair journey. “She is such a mindful and considerate stylist. From the way she handles your hair (detangles without tearing through it roughly) to how she washed my littles hair with ear protectors to keep water from inside of it. She has a clean and comfortable suite. Doesn’t over book so you are waiting under the dryer for hours to finish. The entire experience was so nice. “The lady that braids by the waiting area 🔥, she did my braids really well!! Overall customer service sucks! Whenever you in walk speak to everybody only one maybe two on a good day they responds in a lowly dry tone! Always walking around with their face balled up or sucking teeth when you ask a question and they may or may not understand! The short braider (don’t know any of their names) once rudely chimed in on a conversation about me that had nothing to do with her! In her native language, mind you she never braided my hair before! The braiding/coughing while not covering their mouths 🤢 and also eating and smacking in my ear, one last thing when it’s time to pay they literally guard the door, like they caught you stealing merchandise and waiting for the police to arrive… I’ve literally never went to any establishment and such treatment! I honestly should’ve been took my hard earn money else where but I really liked the services you guys provided and thought the customer service would improve! Inclusion start providing great customer service just like the braiding service you deliver! Also stop treating your customers like thieves!“

“Walked in and was told that they could take me in about an hour, a little longer. Brianna seemed pleasant so I told her I'd be there than. The salon was very nicely decorated with fun art and stuff and chairs were in three different rooms, all full of customers. We walked down Devinr and made another spectacular find, The Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli. Wow, was it ever good. The Coffee was tasty and help yourself, and the menu had something for everyone. My sister and I had, you guessed it, a cinnamon roll. Gooey sweet and cinnamony, the roll filled the appetite for both of us. Sitting outside was perfect and before you know it time o get ack to the Salon on Devine. I asked Brianna if she could give me an Anderson Cooper cut. I was delighted that she knew who Cooper is but just how he wears his hair! A great cut, by a kind spirited barber, was a highlight for my day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!“
