“Isabel did my wax, she's great. Only issue was I made my appointment online 2 weeks prior, but when I arrived I was asked to reschedule because someone gave my appointment to someone else. As if they couldn't ask "her" to reschedule!! Good thing I didn't have anything else planned at that time!!“
