I Absolutely adore this gem of a shop! Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday with a visit to B Nero, where Brenda, the magician with the scissors, has been weaving her hairstyling magic for a whopping 18 years. Brenda's not just a stylist; she's a lifeline for confidence and self-esteem. You’ll have my Undivided attention at your appointment to understand you, your lifestyle, needs & wants to be able to give you the best consultation/service for your hair care needs. I like to build healthy client/ Stylist relationships. I enjoy learning and understanding each individual client that sits in my chair. One of the most important factors to me is communicating Effectively. Ive learned to listen, ask open ended questions to be able to create what you want to achieve.
