I am very disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication from Baker Cadillac Service Department. I scheduled two appointments for them to pick up my car for service, and they failed to show up both times.

The first time, they attributed the missed date to a 'computer glitch'. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. I even received a confirmation text stating they would arrive at a specific time on 11/29, so I stayed home again to ensure they could pick up the car. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up a second time, and what’s worse, there was no notification or explanation for their absence.
