Reliable and Consistent.

My experience with Japanese Import Pros has been excellent. I've brought my vehicle in several times now and I've had nothing but good experiences.

While I would not call them a budget shop, you get what you pay for and the work is performed to an incredibly thorough standard with a fast timeline and clear communication. I'm particularly a fan of their online interface that makes discussing recommended work with provided documentation really easy.

Love these people. They will tell you what is recommended and will only do what you ask them to. Nice, friendly staff. Attentive and efficient. Would definitely refer them to others!
