Extremely professional, personable and modernized business. The woman working the front desk made me feel like I was going to get nothing less than the best and was awesome, the technical diagnosis was sent electronically to my phone and broke everything down in an extremely straight forward manner that allowed me to pick and chose what service I wanted done and didn’t, texting directly with the business was refreshing. The work was performed above standard.

I’m very thankful to Japanese Import Pros for their thorough diagnostics and for giving me peace of mind by finally identifying what was actually wrong with my truck. Unfortunately, the dealership I originally took it to did not properly fix the initial problem, which ended up costing me a lot of money without providing a long-term solution.
After dealing with that experience, I highly recommend bringing your Toyota to these guys instead. They were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. I would definitely recommend Japanese Import Pros to anyone needing Toyota repairs. Great people and great service!
