“Dr. J helped resolved my tennis elbow 13 years ago, and I returned to him for lumbar and neck issues in subsequent years. (Previous chiropractors worked on me for months, with very little improvement.) Dr. J is always able to get to the core problem, free stuck nerves and connective tissue to improve mobility and eliminate pain over a few sessions. Home exercises help me maintain. When I find myself in trouble again, from overexerting or repetitive strain, a couple sessions with Dr. J has me back on track. I have referred many friends and family because he’s the best!“

“I am a bit of a sceptic by nature, but when I threw my back out almost two years ago (in my mid-40s), I broke down and went to a recommended chiropractor who had a thousands gadgets to treat me with. It did not go well (at all). Even after six weeks, the pain was still debilitating. I was walking around on eggshells trying to keep from locking up again. I was gaining weight from inactivity. I had to do something.Dr. Bassett's office was close to mine, and the Google reviews were great, so I made an appointment.Dr. Bassett and I had a long conversation about what happened, my lifestyle, etc. He did an x-ray. He made a discrete diagnosis. He clearly explained a short-duration treatment plan. He told me to expect 4-8 visits, explained why, and gave me routines to support the therapy between visits.In short, he was right about everything. Dr Bassett is very "hands on," and deceptively strong. It was not pleasant. I felt a bit better after each visit, but still not exactly good. The seventh visit started similar to the others, but when he tried the final adjustment . . . BAM! The sky opened up and the angels sang.He told me what to watch out for in the future, taught me a better way to sit at my desk, and recommended trainers for exercise to prevent the problem from recurring. And that was it. I walked out the door pain free and sat in the car with actual tears (relief? joy?) on my cheeks.It has been over a year, and I have not been back. Maybe I will never see him again.I am writing this review mainly as a thank you to Dr. Bassett, and to put the word out there for his business. He dramatically improved my quality of life, and based on the previous reviews, he has done the same for others. Dr. Bassett deserves some kind of medal, but this review is the best I can offer.“

“When I started with Dr. Bennett in early February I had extreme lower back pain and a torn rotator cuff. Since starting my weekly visits my lower back pain and my shoulder pain have both subsided tremendously. Dr. Bennett is very knowledgeable and one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He's genuinely concerned and really wants to help his patients feel better for a better qualify of life. I look forward to my appointments because I know I'll feel better leaving than when I came in. He's great and you won't be disappointed!“
“Wow! Dr. Amato is amazing! I'm conflicted in leaving this review because when a secret gets out, everyone flocks to it...but I also need to do him a solid because just WOW!I had this spot between my left scapula and spine that alternated between pain and tickle and felt like a lump. He fixed it in a single session...but I digress, I've jumped ahead.In his process I met with him and the first thing we did was have an indepth conversation about some very specific pain points that previous chiropractors haven't been able to fix. Dr. Amato took copious, detailed handwritten notes. After, he examined the problem areas on my back and neck I mentioned. Next came the x-rays. It was great that he got so much detail from me first that he could target the x-rays. In my previous chiropractic experience it was x-ray first. We found specific problems that aligned with what I had mentioned prior and were able to map a course of treatment. This takes me back to my first adjustment. The adjustment he made actually stuck all week. I was virtually pain free! My second appointment, Dr. Amato showed the same attention to detail he did in the first.Dr. Amato was actually a referral from my primary care doctor. I'll have to let her know to keep referring!“

I cannot offer enough superlatives regarding him and his practice.First of all, after being referred by my daughter's colleague, I took my son, who'd been suffering for a year with a terrible itching all over his body, for which dermatologists could not find a cure. Amazingly, in the matter of 2 sessions, Dr. Gwinnup cured my son of the itching!I as well have received treatment from the good doctor over the years for first what was residual neck pain from an accident, and over the years, here and there, other back-related issues. Not only does the doctor do chiropractic adjustments, but peppers the session with a flow of information about the ways the body works, suggestions for exercises and postures, and overall recommendations for how to go forward with a positive attitude and awareness.
