January 2024- Tried dry needling for the first time today and already feeling relief! I've held so much tension in my shoulders and neck for years and this made such a difference with my Chiro adjustment today too!!August 2023- Still loving CHC! All of the Dr.s are so incredible at listening to my needs and questions. They inform and equip me with what's needed to continue taking care of my spine & body. I've learned so much and always look forward to my weekly adjustment. I have been a client for a couple of years now...I am down to once-a-week adjustments. Over the holidays I had gone three weeks between appointments, and I didn't realize how much my body missed the adjustment until I was walking away from my appointment feeling lighter, brighter, straighter, and happier. I’ve been going here consistently for the last five or six months and it has improved my back and neck pain significantly. I feel so much better. Plus the doctors and staff are so friendly. Great energy and positive vibes.
